On the whole, things were good, but it took an extremely long time. I was there almost 2 hrs. Many people who came in after me left earlier. All I had done was an oil change & tire rotation. Also I'm anxious to get the recall done due to a lot of traveling coming up. I hope that happens soon.

Bob was very helpful at explaining to me what maintenance was needed for my car without being too pushy about getting it done. He was also very helpful with pointing out some safety issues with a steering wheel sticker I had and recommended I take it off for my safety. He got me in and out of there quick as possible and was very kind and friendly. Thanks Bob !!

I called about getting tires and scheduling an appt. I was told everyone was busy but they would call back. I never received a call back. My wife called a reps rep direct dial and left a message twice and never heard back. Finally she called again two days later and was able to schedule but had to wait a week because the tires had to be ordered. I understand the waiting for tires to be ordered but not getting the call backs is frustrating.

Need more people checking in so you can take people at the time of their appointments, 15 min wait. Also told it would take 1 hour on phone, took nearly 2 hours. Should offer a car if it takes more than 90 min from scheduled appointment time
