Tim Larson was exceptional! He went above and beyond to listen to my concerns, gain understanding about the additional items on top of the scheduled service. I purchased my vehicle from Luther Hopkins Honda, it had new tires and I put 20,000 miles on the vehicle. The new tires were garbage, low and off the shelf. All wheel drive meant replacement of all four tires with Michelin‘s recommended by Tim at more than $1200. I trusted his recommendation, he was very understanding, patient even when I became frustrated with the need to replace original tires at 20,000 miles, all four requiring replacement. I’ll be back just because of Tim’s exceptional service and demeanor!

I have been a loyal customer of Inver Grove Honda for at least 15 years. In that time, my favorite service department representative has been TIM LARSON. I heard he was leaving the company. I really hope IGH has done everything they could to keep him. He is thoughtful, professional and courteous.

Marcos was extremely professional and kind. He made sure I was aware of everything that was happening with my vehicle and allowed me to make the appropriate choices for my vehicle. As a woman, I haven't been heard all the time at other automotive companies and it was so nice not to be talked down to or have things "mansplained." Marcos is an a great asset to the IGH team.
