Brady was very kind and thorough, explaining everything as we went and confirming reason for being there. There was an extra issue that he also resolved for us with the hood of our vehicle. Enjoyed speaking with him!!

The actual service was fine, however I felt the customer service was lacking. I waited outside my car for a few minutes without any one acknowledging my presence. I work in customer service and I understand being in the middle of something, but it is important to acknowledge the person is there and tell them you’ll be right with them. Once someone was assisting me, it was not a very friendly exchange. The person seemed a little gruff. At the end, the person did ask if I had any questions, but didn’t go through what they did, so I’m not sure what questions I would have.

Derrin is ALWAYS extremely thorough and I have complete confidence with the Inver Grove Honda Service Department. They work as teammates and support each other. Tim is a FANTASTIC SERVICE ADVISOR!! UNFORTUNATELY, HE IS LEAVING INVER GROVE HONDA.... MANAGEMENT SHOULD BE ASKING THEMSELVES, "WHY IS THAT?" THEYVE LOST OTHER GREAT SERVICE ADVISORS AS WELL, SUCH AS CHRIS COOLEY. TIM WAS PROFESSIONAL,NICE, EASY TO SPEAK WOTH AND EXPLAIMED WHAT/HOW THEY WOULD BE DOING TO MY CAR... JOB WELL DONE, TIM!!!!

Would appreciate being noticed when when 1st get out of car for service. Such as I will be with you shortly eventhough they all didn't look busy.One person did acknowledge me later.It would be nice to have profile (by license) pulled up so know why your their when they take your car.
