DAVID was very polite helpful ask many questions about my car when I first brought it in to have the oil changed to check the tires, the alignment and the general condition of the car since I was going on a four hour driving trip which I haven’t been in a while. Which was gonna be in the next day but but I didn’t make it back for three or four days because I was watching an old lady whose daughter and son-in-law were in Florida for a week so she was watching the news and was a wreck so I needed to go over there and keep her company so I did bring the car in I got the tire put on with no problems. I checked to see if they had checked the alignment yes and everything was fine. David was a very very nice young man and I thought I was gonna have to wait a while. It took a little over an hour, the car was finished .
He gave me excellent, prompt help and answered all my questions completely

I had a stuck on valve stem that they tried to remove on my first oil change and couldn’t and they were going to call me back on warranty repair or customer cost asked about it today and told them not to scratch my rim trying to get it off they got it off but scratch the **** out of my black rims I would have paid for a replacement stem instead of a brand new scratched up rim

This is the third or fourth time that I’ve had to bring my car in for service. I have to say, the manger of the service department is absolutely FANTASTIC! Everyone else I’ve dealt with in that depart has been wonderful as well. For some reason I have no luck when it comes to my car; Every time it needs service, it’s always something complicated. The team is transparent with issues, communicative with each step, and honest with recommendations. I was very frustrated today when I picked up my vehicle and the manager and the gentleman working the service desk were very patient and thorough ensuring that I was satisfied and understood everything that happened with the vehicle. I will continue to come to you for service and future vehicle purchases. Thank you.

I did a fluid challenge on my wife's car every time I went there. It was low and yeah, they were supposed to contact Hyundai about possible engine replacement, or what to do next? Nobody has got back to me and every time I call, I get a different story even from the manager.Not good customer service at all
