The whole experience was great!
I will surely keep you prideful for the good job without wasting time.
issue wasn't fixedbafter 3 appointments
. A complete total waste of my time.
Everyone in the sales and service departments are wonderful. Especially David Steele and Cameron Rahmani. Thank you everyone!
He was very kind and
knowledgeable.
Keith at the service center was very professional and friendly. The system they use for making appointments is a great tool, it allows the customer to change their appointment from their phone without having to call, it even sends you a reminder of your appointment. My appointment was quicker than I excepted.
Although the service department is very busy, I was treated with, courtesy and respect. The job was completed in a timely manner. I also noticed all staff members being very polite and helpful.
I had a really poor experience with Damon. Service messed up my appointment through an honest misunderstanding of what part they needed to replace in my Santa Cruz (my passenger seat was damaged by the leather installing company). Although that was disappointing and took a good chunk of my time and energy for the day, that didn’t upset me in the slightest compared to how I felt after being mistreated by Damon. Genuinely, I can’t believe I took so much time out of my busy night and wrote out this much for such short interactions, but it really was that bad. His demeanor towards me was displayed as if I was just a **** to him. It started with him shrugging and sighing whenever I would ask for assistance or have a question regarding anything honestly. It was major “f off” energy. I ignored it at first. I can look past a circumstantial bad day and know everyone’s not always happy go lucky. I wanted to give Damon the benefit of the doubt but it became impossible for me to do that quickly after realizing this was different. It started to make sense to me when I saw obvious signs to indicate I was mistreated because of prejudice towards me - something I know how to identify as a queer / nonbinary person who people take indirect digs at regularly. I’m very patient with everyone regarding this, but this was not a misunderstanding on Damon’s end. To give context - I knew after going back-and-forth over this three times with my sales rep Jason, who has been extremely considerate and respectful to my preferred name (I’m nonbianry) - he ensured I’m not deadnamed - notifying me in detail that the top of my dealer profile lists in bold that I go by a different name than my legal name and am to be referred to as that. So when Damon called me by my dead name, I simply corrected him with grace hoping it was a misunderstanding. He did not affirm my name, apologize in admitting mistake or correct himself - that was one thing. But when I asked him to please change my name and or correct it in his system if it did not reflect there (which I learned right after through Jason it already reflected on what he was seeing), he heavily shrugged and rolled his eyes - then said nothing for a minute or two. He cut the silence as he shrugged again and said “fine I’ll do it”. I thought in my head - Wow he actually feels he’s “submitting” in a way he feels “defeated” by respecting my identity. That’s what he verbally and physically displayed to my face. I kept this to myself until I was upset enough to share with Jason. This review upset me all over again to write and take time I didn’t want to give it, but it was important for me to write. Damon genuinely upset and offended me. He really dampened my day. I have to stand up for myself as well as offer this dealership I respect this important feedback from my experience which was very uncomfortable and disrespectful towards me. I remained calm and respectful throughout - It took Damon seeing me being understanding and patient with a major mistake the service department made for him to “warm up to me” and treat me in a somewhat respectful and accommodating manner. Every single person I’ve communicated with from Luis to Natalie to Ursa to Jason to Kenneth to Al in service - have ALL been welcoming, helpful, kind and respectful - Damon was the exception.
Because I respect myself, the integrity of this business and refuse to accept myself or other queer / nonbinary people being disrespected for who they are - I had to leave this honest review. I definitely don’t feel comfortable working with Damon in the future even just for check in/out and I ask that my review remains private as I have a positive experience with this dealership otherwise and do not want to fuel his pre-existing hostility towards me in the future if we cross paths simply from me telling the truth I needed to on how he mistreated me. If anything along these lines happens again I will have to go to another dealer for service and I don’t want to have to do that.
Thank you for valuing my feedback,
Tiger
Took almost two hours for an oil change and tire rotation
Thank you ,he was a pleasure to deal with from the time I called to the time I picked up my vehicle
Your service is the best!
I came in about three months ago for tears in my steering wheel never received a call back never got it fixed. Brittany was waiting on a prior off and not one person has called me back since very dissatisfied.
There was no satisfaction on fixing our problems.
Damon has been extremely helpful.
Mostly satisfied, just wish he would have told me about the smoke that would be coming out the back cuz of the service that was done. It got me so nervous I pulled off the road wondering why it was blowing out so much smoke, thinking something was wrong & I shouldn’t be driving. I called the service department to ask what was happening.
We don’t have enough time or space to explain how terrible our experience has been with your service department has been please call me at ****-****-xxxx for an explanation
If you call me back I’ll be SHOCKED!!!!!
