This was the first time getting service. No one did wrong, however, Hyundai service is substantially less customer oriented than what I have experienced in the past. (I did not have a Hyundai). I always had the service department pick up and deliver my car for service and I already knew that would be happening, but I always also had my car washed and vacuumed — all part of the service plan. I didn’t get that either. Well, now I know not to expect these things.

I scheduled 3 appointments for my recall the 1st appointment. They didn’t order the parts . Ok no worries. The 2nd appointment I showed up and was told my appointment wasn’t booked, had my parts but couldn’t fit me in . Ok so then the 3rd appointment I showed up only to be told after I dropped off my car 3 hours later was told they used my parts for another customer. So very disappointed. I made 1 appointment with 1st Hyundai and the job was completed. Ironically the same day that 1st Hyundai completed my recall. You called to schedule another appointment go figure. Not a happy camper with pride
David was extremely pleasant and courteous. He went over all that would be completed with the 30pt check and provided an estimated amount of what it would be. Very nice young man and an asset to your outfit!
The problem has not been fixed. I have contacted Hyundai corporate to file a claim with them. Case # 40270482
Damon was fantastic. He was kind, honest, and had all the information I needed. This visit was 100x better than my previous visit. I actually got my complimentary maintenance this time and not the $300 filter from the last time! Really great guy and good service today.
