Alexia handled the service perfectly, in my opinion. I was sent on my way shortly after the car came out of the mechanic's area. It's frustrating to see my car returned after service is completed and not be notified that I can pay and leave.
The service at Pride has always been exceptional. The warranty work could not be done because the servicer will not allow it. It must be done at Empire dealership. That dealer is terrible Nd 2months they refuse to call me back for help on a purchase less than 10months ago.

I appreciated the fact that my car was picked up at 8:45 this morning and was delivered shortly after noon. I recognize that it is over a 30 minute drive to the dealership each way which is something I have to consider each time I visit for service.
I all honesty I paid full price for a service that I ultimately got although it took two tries to complete. When I spoke last week I was offered the following things as a make good:
Wiper blades
A free oil change
A tank of gas
When I expressed on the phone what I would really have preferred is something off the total price of what I had paid in full last week I was told they would let me know if they could do anything. I have not heard anything back from anyone besides my car getting dropped off today.
I will consider this experience for any future sales and service needs as at this point it seems Pride Hyundai is satisfied with how they handled my account. My service rep let me know repeatedly that he went “above and beyond” for the convenience of picking up my car and dropping it off today. I also work in customer service and would never use that phrase to a dissatisfied customer who simply was asking for the work he had already paid for to be done to his car. I would appreciate anything else that can be done in the future but if there is no further action I will consider this the end of my relationship with the dealership.
The two gentlemen who dropped off and picked up my car today were very polite and professional.

Without an appointment I showed up at the Pride Hyundai service desk last Saturday morning and was greeted by Alexia with a smile, kindness and a listening ear regarding my tire issue. She immediately took control of the situation and drove my car into the garage where it was repaired. Outstanding customer service!! Alexia went above and beyond to help with my almost flat tire!
Quoted incorrect price for repair. Also my luggage nuts spun off and I almost suffered a serious crash. Tech never tightened any of the luggage nuts. I was able to take off remainuggage nuts with my hands. Unacceptable.
I called and asked if my Buick could have it's emergency light checked and was told yes so an appointment was made. After my car was looked at by a mechanic, I was told that nothing could be done there because it is a Buick.

when I brought the sticker back in that tell when my next oil change is due cause he put the wrong year on it , well I didn't like the comment from the one that did the service
I had scheduled service in advance knowing that there would need to be a part ordered (replacement light bulb). However, my appointment was never entered into the system and did not exist. The service team was still able to complete part of my service request, but were unable to complete service for the main reason of my appointment. More disappointingly, this was never communicated to me while my vehicle was at Pride. I was only informed of the inability to complete the headlight replacement when I arrived to pick up my vehicle later in the day. Additionally, I was not given another appointment to complete my original service request and was given no timeline to expect it to be completed. While I understand that parts availability can be tricky the complete and utter lack of communication is disappointing and upsetting, especially when I planned my day around my service appointment.
I will be following up with an email to management. Following up on this text chain I have no intention of ever returning to your service center. In this text chain I was told my vehicle would be ready at 6:00. I arrived at 6:03 to find out the service department was closed at 6! At no point in our conversations today was I told that the department was closing at 6:00pm. I had to wait for approximately 30 minutes for Alexia to charge me and give me my keys. I was not offered any sort of discount for this extreme inconvenience. I have had hesitations about using this dealership and this is the last straw.

I can't even begin to describe my disatisfaction. In fact, my car is still there. Service has not been completed. Please call me to discuss the list of problems.
I'm not sure that I can trust the service team to complete maintenance on my car after having the engine catch fire, immediately after picking it up from the service department.
2/12 hrs for a scheduled oil change way to long. When I called for appt. Person who answered was acting like I was bothering him yawning in my ear please understand I am one who never complains. I’m curious if still same owner because I don’t see him putting up with this.
