I appreciated Margaret’s patience with me. She was always professional and attentive with the long process it took to address my Jeep’s issue. To clarify, my frustration was not with Margaret it was with the manufacturing warranty. I took time off of work 1/14/25 for an appointment Margaret saens made for my Dodge 1500 truck. The recall is airbags that will blow up and send shards of metal in your face and has already killed people from what I’ve read. I drove the truck to the appointment putting my life on the line…. For you guys to not have the parts… now I have to drive it 3 times!?

I left my truck at the service department for a month to address an issue that had previously been repaired under warranty. However, I was informed that the current issue is not covered under warranty. Despite multiple attempts to contact Riley, the service department manager, I did not receive a response. Diego from the sales department assisted in relaying my messages to Riley.
The downtime of my business truck resulted in financial losses for my business. Additionally, I had to rent a truck from Enterprise at my own expense. This experience has been highly unsatisfactory.
