Can someone pls call me back! I have an open issue I was supposed to get a call back over 2 months ago. I can’t reach anyone in service they just send me to voicemail. Someone called me randomly to ask if I need any routine service done last week, I explained to her the situation and she sails she would have someone call me that afternoon. No call **** D

Dennis was unresponsive to calls/texts. I had to call the services manager on Thursday (3 days after my car arrived to the dealership) to understand what is the issue and when it will be fixed.

The amount of misleading information given to me was ridiculous service writer passed me on to a very incompetent service writer information in your database about my vehicle could not be found by this individual. They kept getting confused with what vehicle that was being serviced. basically there is many many things that your Dealership is very inefficient unorganized in using incompetent service writer. There may be good service writers, but I was pushed on to one of the worst in the industry. I am very, very skeptical to ever take any of my vehicles to your dealership again I live in this town. I own a new Jeep grand Cherokee and a new Ram 1500 very sad.
