I felt that with the holidays being so close that I could’ve got some sort of a discount or something paying 760 something dollars for a part that was only $50 and labor that was 400. I felt that I was not treated fairly and was told that maybe I could get some sort of discount
Lisa is rude and the communication from Riley was horrible. No one answers the phone and the service manager Ahmad doesn’t listen and takes zero accountability for his department. Sam from Sales was the only one who effectively listened to me and shared what the expectations were and what I could expect. Tell people that your short staffed so they don’t get upset when you don’t answer the phone for 2 days and have to leave their job and drive an hour just to talk to someone.
Enjoyed working with CD to schedule and have the problem corrected on my Grand Cherokee. He is very friendly, was open and honest with me.

Dropped the car off at 11:30. Never got a phone call back until 430.

Made repeat calls and the VM box was FULL could never speak to anyone..

When I went to my appointment on 10/15/24 I arrived about 20 minutes ahead of time. Around 45 minutes later someone finally rolled up the doors. Might as well have not bothered. While the parts manager (I think) did his best and did actually have the mechanics do an oil & filter change, the main issue I was having, replace tracking rod, did not get addressed at all, other than to confirm that yes, it needs to be replaced. Unsatisfied doesn’t come close to what I felt. It’s amazing to me that a dealership the size of MH RAM would be so unprofessional as to not have any type of plan in place if someone calls in.
I still need the work done but I don’t have faith that If I make an appointment with MH CDR again that I won’t be wasting my time again. Definitely leaning towards going to Gilroy, not as convenient but at least they show up.

Based on being told everything was okay I was confident that my truck was going to work fine but to my surprise I almost died on the freeway because my truck stalled while going into high speeds and to end my day I’m being told that I have a high amount of codes coming up worst experience ever.before this my experience was great
