Roberto **** did an excellent job in his role. However, I believe an aspect of the dealer’s process could improve as I explain here. I scheduled an appointment for 20,000-mile maintenance for my Lexus RX 350L. The scheduling representative stated the work could be completed in an hour, but since I had an appointment downtown, it made sense to request a loaner car, then pick up my car after my appointment since the rep indicated it would be no problem to have it done by noon. When I returned at noon, it was not done, but the desk checked ad thought it would be done in half an hour or so. An hour later, it was still not done, and the desk said the technician had gone to lunch, but it would not be much longer. But another hour passed before it was done. It was explained to me sometimes cars from the previous day do not get completed, so are given priority over scheduled appointments, thus despite the expectation given at the time I scheduled the appointment, two hours were unexpectedly sliced out of my day. Moreover, not all the work listed on the Lexus of Colorado Springs website as Factory Recommended is not listed as completed on the invoice. Although I appreciate the monetary compensation given for my circumstance, I think I would have preferred having the vehicle thoroughly maintained and ready for pickup as indicated. I understand SNAFUs happen. Nonetheless, you asked for my feedback. I harbor no anger or malice, but the circumstance was disappointing if not frustrating as well. Best Regards, Bob
