Service department getting a little better. The vibe there is corporate and sterile. Everyone is nice and professional . but it ain't the old days. still, it's ok, fine. would I buy another Lexus based on service? maybe. That's it. not complaining.

I dropped my GX off at 0745 for a 0800 appointment for an oil change/tire rotation, and coolant leak inspection. I asked if the wait would be longer than an hour so I could request a loaner to drive back to work. I was told it would be a quick turn around, so I waited in the lobby. All said and done, with a battery replacement as well, I left the dealership 4 and a half hours later. When I asked for an update around 1000, I was told "it's in parts and shouldnt be much longer"
The support I have received from Philip Quinn and the Lexus Service Team has been outstanding. I can't ask for anything more at this time.
