When I first came to Lexus of Colorado Springs, the service representative I was assigned,whose name escapes me at the moment, was really great. I believe he has since moved on to another job. Robert is not terribly friendly or warm in my opinion and I would actually prefer to work with another representative in the future.
It took.nearly 3 hours to replace a faulty battery. That seems to be long. The estimated time I was told when I checked in was 1.5 hours. I was not informed about the extra time as I waited and had to go ask what was taking so long. Also the email responses confirming my appointment referenced my car as a Kia even though I told them it was a Lexus. They explained that was a default if you had not used their service before. But to get that response makes you think they didn’t read you electronic message for making an appointment. Otherwise the service was very good.
Very good service, and going the extra step, the loaner vehcle.

Outstanding professionalism and service on my 2008 Lexus Rx400h that still runs like new right off the Lexus Dealership in Colorado Springs in 2009. I’m so pleased with this car and the mechanical integrity that it was built with.
