My car has been in service for 10 days now. Twice I got notification it was ready for pickup and it wasn’t! Automated text were not accurate. Had to reach out to manager so someone would call and let me know the status. Everyday told the work would be complete and every day it was delayed. I have been doing all my service at this dealer but never had issues until u moved to the new location.
