Very friendly and courteous
I brought my car in for an overnight/next day repair. The outside repair man didn’t show up and I had to leave it over the weekend. I guess he still didn’t show so I left it another week! And I never received a phone call about any of this. I had to keep calling to find out status. aND the loaner I received was quite dirty inside and out. This was not my usual experience with Lexus. It was very frustrating.

Loaner car was a bad smell that made my family and I nauseous and the car was dirty. I had a hard time reaching the service department. My texts weren’t being answered. Nothing was explained if everything was okay with my car, no concerns? Brake levels? What was done to the car beside an oil change since I really don’t know what is done at the 10,000 mile maintenance. Usually would get a car detail at these maintenance’s but I noticed that’s stopped for awhile now. I really felt like I wasn’t a valued customer and I’ve been a Toyota/ Lexus owner since 2005.

I came in late one afternoon with a low tire pressure warning. Philip clarified the intermittent warning light and assured me if the situation occurred again it could easily be remedied. Great service and very positive attitude!
Trunk was “locked”. Had to come back next day for fix by Anthony
I was promised a loaner vehicle during my servicing. When I arrived there was nothing available. I was told I could wait in the lobby for an hour and a half. But I had already made other commitments that morning. So I had to reschedule. This is not the level of service I expect from a high-quality operation like Lexus.
The service staff I dealt with was OUTSTANDING. They are very professional and very personable. They care about pleasing their customers.

This is in regard to the new location. The immediate Service area is a lot less comfortable without chairs to use. I had to wait several times today at the Sevrvice Advisors’ Desk.
I wanted to sit and wait or place my belongings on a chair while waiting. It’s hard to understand how a new Lexus location can be so short sighted about customer service and comfort.
Phil rocked it, took care our truck and me. Really appreciate that he treated me a a valued customer.
