Somehow managed to not put my tire on correctly and I 1000% could’ve died because of some mechanic's negligence.
Every time I called the service department, nobody would answer. I finally had to come in to the dealership to get my questions answered. Rob took good care of me but the other service advisors need more training. When the dealership was on top of motor city, it was much easier to communicate with the service department.
Roberto was great to work with and I appreciated his honesty and sense of humor.

I am appreciative to Lexus for the video that they send me when repairing my vehicle and showing me the problems. I am also appreciative for the loaner vehicle that allows me to get to work and not worry about my vehicle being repaired and it gives the team at Lexus the time to take care of my vehicle throughly.

I have always been satisfied with service at Lexus. I have come to expect it.
I brought my vehicle in at 10:30 for a 15,000 mile warranty service. Mr Luger informed me that the vehicle would most likely be finished at 3:00. I arrived back at the dealership and was told my vehicle had not even been started. He was very rude and said that just because I had an appointment it didn’t matter but that it happens frequently. I drove to Colorado Springs from Pueblo in good faith assuming I had a confirmed appointment as they informed me on the phone. I am very dissatisfied and cannot believe your dealership treats clients like this. My appointment should have taken 2 hours at the most. I will no longer bring my vehicle in for service at your dealership unless it has to be for warranty related repairs. This is the second issue I have encountered since you moved to your current location. The 10,000 miles appointment also did not go smoothly. I had been promised a loaner vehicle and when I arrived was told there weren’t any even though I had reserved one when making my appointment. I did not complain as I only had to wait 2 hours and couldn’t do anything about it. Please improve your service as that is one reason I bought a Lexus. My previous Lexus I had good luck with but that was at your old location. I will be informing Corporate about the issues I have experienced.
Asked for tires to be rotated and tire sensor looked at. Neither was done and I waited 2.5 hrs for an oil change!
Service was fine; however, I was told my wait time would be approximately 90 minutes and it turned out to 3 hours. Not fun!

I did want to express specific thanks for cleaning my car. Because my antenna does not retract, Billy added a note not to put my car through the car wash so it wouldn’t get broken. Suffice it to say I was very pleasantly surprised when my car was returned clean! I hadn’t expected that but I definitely appreciated it. Thank you!
