When I scheduled my appointment I talked to Philip Quinn, I went over all the services I wanted which included an oil change, and was quoted $430. When I arrived to my appointment on 11/13/2025. The rep checking me in said he had no notes on the services I scheduled and proceeded to “figure it out”. At that time I was quoted $570 including a military discount. When we picked up the car the quote had yet again changed. Finally I arrive home to realize the oil change was not completed. I called Philip to ask why the oil change was not completed, he stated the package I got did not include an oil change and that he never talked to me or make the appointment however, I still have the automatic text message Lexus sends with his name on them. I am very disappointed with their customer service.
Staff was very helpful and very knowledgeable of the issue of the situation; would recommend their services to anyone requiring help on their vehicle. Then again, this is Lexus.

Asked about Engine Sound Enhancement and requested it be disabled. Guy who checked me in said he didn’t know but would check. Picked up the vehicle and different adviser helped. Also didn’t know. They thought I was crazy I suppose.

I told about an upholstery problem that’s been wrong since day 1. I was told that a spill happened. It was not from me. Must have happened in the original detailing. I do not lie! I resent the implication that I do.
