Jon was great. My new 1500 Sierra had a glitch at 1,800 miles and wouldn’t start for 30 minutes. It self healed, and Jon patiently took the truck in to identify the problem. No issues found. The truck has worked perfectly since. Thanks Jon for your efforts!

This is the second time I had my truck serviced at Cardinale GMC. Both times the DEF fluid was not filled, even though I pay for it. Both times I let Chad know and he quickly took care of the issue. I appreciate that it was taken care of, but it should have been done right the first time. Not chads fault.

Tony war great! He delivered on the service of the recall and was promptly in and out as he stated. Also was explained by technician on work that was performed. However Tony Arango as a service underwriter greeted me and also kept me informed on the status on what was going on and reinsured me when it would be done. Thank you Mr.Tony Arango for a pleasant welcome.

Jon was great . He was professional and even spent the time to try to work with my extended warranty policy , which didn’t work out , but he did try and that was greatly appreciated . I was a little taken back by total cost to perform the work but it is what it is . The truck is running fine and the issue has been resolved , however , I have a new issue that I need to address and am already in communication with Jon to move forward in addressing it . Based on the great service that I received from him I may start bringing my truck there for regularly scheduled maintenance…. ie oil changes , tire rotations , routine maintenance things. Overall it was a good experience .
