Great service, brought my Buick in at 9:00 am and just call called in the morning at 8:30am I have been taking my car in for service for years and always happy with there communication on details that have been done and recommend service needed in the future. Thank you Jon

Not very happy that the initial estimate given to me in a text that I approved total $3600 and then the final bill that I ended up paying was $5100. This wasn’t clearly communicated in the initial conversation and I was not aware until the credit card was run.

Tony was great, customer service in the office and the ride back home was helpful. Points of frustration with this service: the technician did a fuel treatment. They spilled the additive on the side of the truck which leaked down from the fuel door. This was a sticky substance that did not come off in a car wash. This required a significant amount of effort to remove on my behalf. Additionally, the service was supposed to rotate the tires and fill them to factory specifications. It does not appear that happened as two of the tires are reading more than 5psi below spec. Frustrating for a $1600+ service.
