Chad was very friendly and helpful. He leveraged his industry connections to insure I was taken care of quickly. Promote ahead of peers.
I am highly disappointed in the numerous failures of the service department in this visit.
1) After waiting 5 weeks for my appointment, just over an hour before - it was canceled.
2) After dropping my vehicle off the following day as mentioned I would be able to do, the shop clearly was not ready.
3) After 5 weeks of a wait, the vehicle had to sit for a whole 6th week before anyone was ready to do anything with it.
4) Service Manager failed to properly scan the vehicle when it was dropped off, as it was exhibiting all the problems in my complaint. He was able to see all the non-working items himself, but apparently none of this was sufficient and half of my concerns ended up being ignored.
Great experience, service, and excellent customer service.
Jon was helpful, he took care of my vehicle quick saving me time. I will definitely go back to get my truck service again.

Chad was amazing . But, I do question why an entire hour of labor was charged for an operation that took very little time; definitely not an hour. I think it should be prorated , especially for regular customers. I know this isn’t a decision Chad makes, and that is why I said he was amazing. He was and always is very friendly and gets me in as quickly as possible. Thank you for letting me share my feelings.

My wife left A message days ago and hasn’t received a call back concerning our 2024 Arcadia rear passages door not opening from the inside still after it was suppose to be fixed.
The service and the service representative, Chad, were fine. Everything worked out. My only complaint is someone named Bella Cruz. With as many times as she contacted me prior to my appointment, it was bordering on harassment. And very annoying. Please do not have her contact me again.
I believe that you guys have stood the test. When and if we are to purchase a car in the future. We will look to you first.

Only frustration was not having a direct line number to our service agent John. Also check the volume of the wait music- way to loud:)
The customer service is impeccable. The best I have ever seen in my 30 years of having a car. From the person who answers the phone to the service providers. Kudos to everyone!
Everyone there was very kind to me. I brought them a 30 year old Dodge Van and they are GMC. I was very happy with the work they did do.
