Definitely felt today that folks were not happy to be working or to be bothered. While my service was prompt, there was no warmth or inklings of a bit human courtesy. Perhaps they were stressed or something is going on given Southern California is burning down. But, I sensed this and it shades what I am going to bring up next:
Though it had nothing to do with my service today, I am very disappointed to learn the warranty I had on the vehicle had expired …before the rest of the repairs it required were performed. (Which were known by the service team). I had been waiting since before Thanksgiving 2024 to receive a call about when I can bring it in and have a loaner car. Now it seems that the call never came cuz it pushed us over when the warranty expired. It felt intentional, and I can’t help but feel disappointed measures like that were taken to prevent us from getting our vehicle serviced under warranty.
I am very upset with the labor charge. I was charged $641.46 for few services that was done on my car including oil change , coolant , dot 4, t/b cleaner.
Everyone was friendly and efficient . I love the feeling I get from everyone like they are a family and welcome me into it. I think that starts at the top with management. They all really care. I was there for a smog check, and they checked tires and more. They also washed my car. I will always buy and keep my cars serviced at CARDINALE WAY in Seaside:
Last time it came back washed as well as serviced. That was great. Not this time.
Jon and his team were very professional and helpful. My car was ready when promised .
only critique): took too long was there for oil change/tire rot. and
windshield wiper air filter exch. that resulted in 4 hrs labor charge very
expensive. good service otherwise. pl
