Please don’t take this wrong because everyone I dealt with was wonderful, competent and cordial. However I was moderately disappointed in how long I had to wait. My appointment was at 10:30. I arrived at the service department a little after 10:00 after driving 2 hours to get there. My Santa Cruz was finally ready a little after 2:00. I know the service couldn’t have taken over an hour. Like I said I’m not angry. I just wish that if I have to have service done again I hope that it could be expedited a bit since I live so far away. I’m very happy with what got done. I just wish I hadn’t had to sit around for four hours for a repair that I know took less than an hour. I don’t want anyone to get in trouble for my comments. I just would appreciate it if I could get in and out a bit quicker next time. By the way I LOVE my Santa Cruz. Thanks for doing such a good job on it.
Zachary was great but the same warning and red light came on today. I’m trying to call the service department again to let them know.
Kept my car for 6 days. I had to call twice to get any updates at all during that time. Failed to understand the issue as described. Didn’t solve the issue.
Drew was respectful, courteous and professional. I felt that he really listened to me and showed a willingness to satisfy my concerns. I wish I had purchased my Ioniq 5 from Planet Hyundai instead of Mcdonald Hyundai just from my experience with the service department and Drew.

The most efficient and fastest service appointment I’ve experienced. One small advice is to keep in mind that most of the time customers have had to make changes to their daily schedule to bring in the vehicle for repairs or service, that in itself should be taken into consideration when scheduling rides to and from dealership.
