Ethan was great - sadly, there was a nail in a new tire (less than 1500 miles on the odometer!). Not only couldn’t it be patched, but the quote for a replacement seemed higher than the marketplace for tires. I can’t afford to pay a premium price for a new tire.

I was satisfied that my oil leak was finally stopped. However the leak was caused from a previous oil change that was not cleaned up from the scrape pan sheild.

Always great service from the team at planet Hyundai! I did notice that there seems to be a cap missing from the rear passenger door indoor handle. Could someone call me on Monday to see what options there are to remedy this?

1. My car is now making noise in the wheels after the alignment that it wasn't before and I have to bring it back. 2. I had additional service requests that they were unable to accommodate or look at during my appointment despite providing information prior to the appointment about the issuse. They stated they will not make appointments at this location for issues outside of service requests and it is first come first serve and this was for a simple windshield wiper issue. 3. No longer cars available -1 per day is not acceptable. But was Happy with the Lyft availability.
