Service writer was great. No problems with him. Your lube tech however horrible. Stripped the bolts to my TRD skid plate. Never told him to drill them out. I said dont drill them out. Remove whole skid plate. They started drill them out and left it half way. Left the oil filter housing and drain plug dirty with oil. Couldnt bother to clean those areas up with brake clean. Left dirty glove prints on the hood. As well as leaving the skid plate loose. Crazy work. Wont be going back
