I was told that I needed a new catalytic converter in order to pass smog. I spent $916.00 on a new converter and it didn't pass. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER

I waited for 6 hours for my car to be serviced . I was not a walk in. I had an appointment scheduled in advance. I am extremely disappointed with the new team at Toyota of Whittier. This would have never happened with the old team. I had to cancel appointments, rearrange my schedule, and postpone my other appointments. This is not ok.
