He was very helpful although I had to call twice- once to ascertain whether or not the part had come in and secondly to find out whether my car was ready even though he told me he would call about both things. I know he has other customers and responsibilities…

We had to bring our 4 rubber back in because it was pulling to one side they said - steering wheeel was off we paid for an alignment first time second time they were suppose to correct still pulling which means no one took it for a drive to make sure it was not pulling

All was fine except I waited, with a deadline I had to leave. At 20 mins before that deadline, I went to the desk and asked. The gentleman checked and my car had been ready but service writer had gone to lunch and apparently no one took care of it. I’m not sure how long I would’ve sat there if I hadn’t asked.

Josh rocks! Friendly , professional and of the highest integrity. Didn’t try to sell me a lot of unnecessary repairs but advised me on a few repairs I needed that I wasn’t aware of. He sent me pictures of the failing items so I knew what they were and I could actually see the failure and although the repairs were expensive, they were necessary so because I completely trust Josh with his assessment and opinion, I went ahead and had those repairs performed. I will continue to keep my Toyota on the road with Josh‘s assistance. Thank you Josh James Clarke

I’m grateful to Francisco Diaz. He listened to my explanation of the inconsistency of the noise/issue with my 4Runner and when it would happen. He clearly passed that info on to the tech who took the time and had patience to drive my 4R long enough to hear the noise/issue then was able to diagnose and find the problem. They even sent me a video to explain it. They did an amazing job and made me feel like they cared about what was concerning me. Thank you guys, I really appreciate everything.

The young man who changed our oil was not consistent with your high standards. The gentleman that took my invoice from me had to keep checking to see if my keys were on the board. It took 20 minutes before he finished my car and got my keys on the board. At my age 20 minutes of my time is important to me. On the other hand Francisco was very helpful. He went to the serviceman and asked him where my keys were. Thank you, Beverly Hathaway
