I had lost all confidence in this dealership and in fact took my car to Big O’s for my recent oil change. They were concerned about my shocks leaking so that’s the only reason I came back. However, Gustavo, has completely regained my confidence. He explained everything very well, and gave me a fair deal on tires. As a result of his professionalism, I will be bringing my car in again for oil changes. He treated me very well from start to finish!!

My papers i received Said you did a multi point inspection and to look at the checklist.There was no checklist and I don't believe they did it. That's all I know. I appreciate that they did not charge me but they should not take credit forwork not done. More to come on Yelp.
