The service rep was great. However my 4Runner has light scratches all over the front bumper like an air hose or something else was dragged across it. This was on the TRD satin black front valance so it can’t just be polished out. Also, there were drips of oil on the hood and fender. For an oil change over a $100 I would expect a little care with my vehicle. From now on I’ll take it somewhere else to get serviced.
Francisco was very professional, patient and so helpful. I had questions about pricing and he was upfront and honest and was also flexible in allowing me to check with my husband before making decisions about some of the recommended fixes. He was efficient and I appreciated his friendly demeanor!

Customer service was fine. Work on the car was not great. Brought my car in for routine maintenance (5K miles) and for 2 days immediately after my car was serviced, I smelled gasoline / burning oil. On my second day after the service, the car started smoking at the engine and oil leaked all over my driveway. Brought the car in for a second check and was told whoever did work on my car failed to put the cover on the oil tank, a simple check that should be done routinely. A very sloppy job. Staff was not apologetic about the mishap. No car wash with service. Will not be returning to Toyota of Whittier.

I had issues with my vehicle after a recall service. I told Cesar about this issue and he took a test drive with me. I did not appreciate Cesar giving his opinion on the issue. I did not think it was professional for Cesar to comment that the vehicle “sounds like everything is running fine.” And his dismissive comments about the whistling and engine sounds that I reported. The comments stowed doubt within me as a customer and made it seem like Toyota did not want to quality check my vehicle for the issues reported. After inspection, it was determined that the technicians rushed the recall service and did not ensure all parts were properly aligned and satisfactory.
Today’s visit to Toyota was highly satisfactory. Francisco provided exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience.
