Thank you for the service and the good experience I had
I had issues with my vehicle after a recall service. I told Cesar about this issue and he took a test drive with me. I did not appreciate Cesar giving his opinion on the issue. I did not think it was professional for Cesar to comment that the vehicle “sounds like everything is running fine.” And his dismissive comments about the whistling and engine sounds that I reported. The comments stowed doubt within me as a customer and made it seem like Toyota did not want to quality check my vehicle for the issues reported. After inspection, it was determined that the technicians rushed the recall service and did not ensure all parts were properly aligned and satisfactory.
Today’s visit to Toyota was highly satisfactory. Francisco provided exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience.
I understand that Monday was a holiday and there was more people than usual, but I don’t understand why it took 3 hours and a half for an oil change and tire rotation, especially since I had an appointment. I wasn’t in a rush to get my car back but it really didn’t make sense that I had to wait that long.
My experience yesterday just reminded me why I usually don’t have my vehicle serviced at Toyota

Easy process and the wait was not too long
Upon arrival, there was some confusion on the check in process. The gentleman who came out to greet me with the number told me that I have to go to the parts dept to get the item for installation. He then proceeded to **** me to the parts dept. But when the parts member greeted me, he indicated that I have to go back to the service area. So a bit of back and forth occurred, not the greatest start but eventually things were handled and in that sense, I was satisfied.
