The checkin/check out people that are there are rude. No one aknowledge that I was there, when I arrived to drop it off and when I got there to pick up. I didn’t receive a call like they said they would. I only received a text saying my car was ready. No one tried to help me or explained what my car needs or may need. Will not be going back.
