Excellent customer service, the all around experience was amazing I was impressed with the quality of service provided. It was a great day. I was offered a ride home and as soon as I walk outside the Lyft driver was there, same was I was picked up, I received a text message my car was ready and 3 minutes later I was picked up. Great job from all the team members.

Vanessa from the service department was very respectfule, nice and helpful. However ,I was very disappointed with the loop holes of the warranty. I purchased a vehicle a year and a half ago from the Whittier dealership as a pre-certified vehicle with a warranty. I have driven the truck for 20,000 miles and now I have put $4300 to fix the issue causing the "Check Engine Light" The repairs needed were denied. I will be contacting Toyota corporate to complain and challenge the denial of the service. I am Extremely unsatisfied!
