Satisfied with the outcome but not completely with the experience. When I picked up my car, the invoice was for more than $50 more than the estimate with no explanation given. Told it was extra cost for the oil. Adviser did agree to discount the $50 which was the right thing to do at that point. In addition, my car was given to me unwashed, again with no explanation. I was able to get my car washed the next day, by hand, but just wished I’d been given the option to have it hand washed before I picked it up the day of service.
Mark was courteous, welcoming, and very professional. He didn’t try to upsell any products or work that was not necessary for my car at this time. I live 140 miles away in Riverside County and I specifically come to Lexus Of Glendale because of the service and quality of work. Keep up the good work.
Mitch is a consummate professional. He is very communicative and explains everything in detail that’s understandable. I also appreciate his candor and always manages my expectations.
Danny is a wonderful service representative for Lexus of Glendale. He is very polite and very helpful. I will be using Danny for all my future visits. He should be commended for a job well done.

My car was brought in for a flat tire which roadside assistance said they could not remove due to a "stripped lug". When I brought my car in to service, there were very few cars in the shop as well as outside in front of service.. I also had an appmt., so my issue is that why did it take all day long to change out a tire? Our service rep, Alex was perfectly nice, however, when I called 4x to get an ETA of when to pick it up, no one called me back for over 2 hours!! I just drove in with my husband to pick up my car before closing when we received an apologetic call from Alex.. should I expect something like this easy fix to be an all day affair? My car was sitting there untouched even when I left after speaking with finance and parts dept.. it's great to get a loaner, but the all day thing to change out a tire seems excessive. My husband was also very surprised..
