The service took about 4hrs, I figured Saturdays are busy so I got a rental (I know I do not care for the hybrids). Lots of shopping around so made a day of it. Argenius was attentive and helpful with our interactions.

Erik provided excellent service when I brought in my ES 350 for overdue servicing. It was a 2012 model with 42,000+ miles on it. It needed a new tire, new windshield wipers, a new taillight bulb, etc. I came in relatively late in the day, so you needed to keep the car overnight for servicing to begin the next morning. Erik provided me with a loaner so that I could get home and run errands the next day. Erik kept me informed as to the work proposed to be dine and was very prompt in doing that. He explained any proposed work, allowing me to decide whether I wished to proceed with proposed work. My car was ready the next day. The process was smooth, thanks to Erik’s professionalism, as well as that of Lexus staff.
We have owned BMW’s for decades and thought their service was good. Lexus of Glendale & Alex have made BMW service look like amateurs. We are now loyal Lexus owners & will never buy from another dealership. My boys say thank you for the cookies. Thank You, Jen & Jon Walters

There’s lack of communication between all the departments thats involved in the maintenance including the people at the counter/s. When I asked them between 1:30-2pm if my car was ready and in fact I was informed that possibly my vehicle will be ready by 1 pm. Seems like no one knows if my vehicle is ready. They told me to go Mark but he was not in his office I guess he was out to lunch. So a young gentleman at the counter with a beard who volunteered to check out my car. And we waited for few minutes. He finally came and said my vehicle is ready. It seems to me that there’s lack of communication between them all. By the way, I want to give a rate of 10 to the young gentleman with a beard sorry I forgot to get his name . The ladies please advise them to be more friendlier and welcoming to the customers whether old or young. They need to learn more of customer service and common courtesy. Thank you for reading my comment. Looking forward to go back there and get better service. Imagine we checked at around 11ish we got the car between after 1:30-2pm.
