When I got home, I noticed my car's hood release lever was completly broken off. Had to use pliers to grab the remaining stub to open the hood. (I opened the hood a day or two before taking the car in and the lever was ok.)
I was not informed this had been broken while they were working on my car, probably thought I would be clueless and wouldn't notice it had been broken off or that I'd assume it was already like that before I came in. Nope.
I'm hoping they will make it right.
