While Jesus has been very helpful. The Toyota staff, who filled in for Jesus while he was off, was completely lacking in Customer Service. I received no contact from Toyota until after Ashley with Enterprise Rental contacted me and told me that Toyota told them they were no longer paying for the rental. I told her that I had received no contact from Toyota saying my vehicle was ready. She said, "You might want to call them." I phoned Jesus was put on hold. Then, the representative said she would try to find Jesus and put me on hold. Came back and told me Jesus was off that day. I told her somebody needed to give me an update on my vehicle and related what Enterprise Rental told me. She said she would try to find someone to talk with me and placed me on hold. Came back and said no one was available to speak with me, and she would leave a message for someone to call me. I told her someone better call me. We hung up. I then received a text saying my vehicle was ready to be picked up. I drove to Enterprise, returned the rental, and Enterprise drove me to Toyota. NO ONE returned my call. This morning, Jesus phone and apologized for being off yesterday and wanted to know how everything went with my vehicle. I related what occurred to Jesus and told him how surprised I was at the lack of customer service I received and that I have never been treated so poorly by Toyota in the past 20 years. He apologized for the poor treatment and said he was going to speak with his manager to make this right with me. I told Jesus that it was not his fault as he was off. In the past, when Jesus has helped me, he always contacted me with status updates.
