Tires were rotated just straight front and back. Need to have the fronts crossed to other side back. Also wasn’t given any options to repair my headlight filler on left side. Just told it can’t be done. Not pleased with my visit.

Toyota of Las Vegas provides excellent customer service! I will not take my car to any other Toyota dealership in Las Vegas. Jesus provided me with outstanding customer service, answered all of my questions and advised me when my car was ready. Thank you Jesus!

Eduardo is amazing. I always appreciate his hard work. He is thorough in explaining everything. I believe he always goes above and beyond. I have no complaints about him. However I am always there for hours. Yesterday I was there for 5 hours. It was the 30k check up, which is understandable, however, I always average 4 hours for typical regular oil changes. Every time. I hate it.

Ed was efficient and professional more importantly listened to me and very kind. He had my car washed first time offered since I have been bringing my car here in 3 years.
