The costumer service was excellent but the problem was with the service.
My car wasn’t fixed it nor had a time frame to receive the part to fix it.

Didn't go to the rescheduled appointment but the initial appointment didn't accomplish anything other than a headache, wasted time, created mistrust with the overpriced car battery and suggested practices. Overall experience in general kind of **** and I really hope I never have to go back there or have to deal with anything regarding my car because it'll probably lead to filing complaints with multiple bureaus, rating platforms and seeking other sources to inform how much certain business should be avoided.
Daniel was professional and courteous. He explained all that was needed with my vehicle. He reviewed wwhat was completed at time to check out.Thank you.
Such great service all around. From checking in till service was done all involved went far beyond their duties. Jesus went over what should be done and how it will be done. He kept me updated on all situations and having Ryan ( mechanic ) perform the work everything worked out great! I won’t hesitate to use Toyota again when the time occurs. Thanks to all.
