2 hours waiting time is too long just for an oil/filter change. I was the 4th vehicle to show up for my 7am appointment. Was my vehicle set aside for another customer who is paying for their service? I am no longer going to purchase oil change pkg anymore. Thanks.

Problem not fix. Changed the tire w/ out nails as opposed to if inspection was done. The rear tire on drivers side was the one w/ nail. Just noticed it today. No wonder the tire pressure on the on the right was only 24 after 4hrs.

Yes I would like to make an appointment to get my waze app on my android to work on my vehicle. I purchased a new cable but it still won't connect. I was told if it didn't work to bring it back in to find the problem. Thank you.
