This experience was disappointing. We took the car in to get a new mirror with the garage door openers on it. We were quoted a total price of $389.00. When we went to pick up the car the total bill was over 600 dollars. Our service provider was Nelson Scharf (who was great by the way) said that we were charged for 2 hours of labor at $200.00/hour. Well my appointment time was 10:45 and by the time Nelson took the car in it was a little after 11:00 and we're told that they would need the car until the end of the day. So we took the shuttle home and then got a call from Nelson at 12:15 saying the car was ready. How does getting the car a little after 11:00 and then saying the car is ready at 12:15 add up to 2 hours of labor. Also when we called to make the appointment and were getting transferred to SERVICE we were transferred to the service dept.in COSTA MESA,CA!!! I would appreciate someone calling me back and explaining the 2nd hour of overtime and also explain how we got transferred to COSTA MESA TOYOTA!! I have bought 2 cars from David Wilson's Toyota and have been loyal customer since 2007. I would expect better service to be given to a loyal customer than we received on this last experience. Again, Very disappointed!
