As stated on my previous services The factory raccomanded PSI is 29 Each time I leave the dealership the PSI are way off 38 and 39 PSI on all wheels. Your salesmen attack people waiting for the service to be completed like flies on poop.

I've always had my van serviced at DW Toyota at Sahara LV. This particular visit on 3/1/25,really surprised me with the extraordinary service I received. Thank you Benny G. for helping me get a payment plan started. It's not easy coming up with $800 at once. Thanks for having the Courtesy Shuttle drop me off and pick me up from home. Like any time I come here always seems to be an issue I have gotten multiple trucks from this dealership. These issues may seem minor but it's constant thing with any service writer I get. When I did show up there was maybe 3 other vechilces already at the service bay area but the owner of the vechiles were already helped and inside waiting.I talk to someone with a tablet and told him I had an appointment. Tells me to wait for moment someone will be there to help me. As that happens another driver pulls up get helped and checked in. I sit there for about 25 to 30 mins waiting until someone comes up and checks my vechile in. Moments before i consider tossing the cone on the truck and leaving because it felt like my time could easily be wasted else ware. By that time almost no cars were is the service entrance anymore. No apologies for the wait don't even think they knew I was there for that long. After waiting for service I get a text say vexhile is ready which is great because there have been past times I haven't been notified at all. But now I have to wait 15 to 20 mins for paper to be ready to sign and get my truck. I would a preferred a text my truck was ready after the paper work was ready. So I'm not happy to be able to go but then being told you can't go. I also would love for my seat and mirrors to not be moved for the min drive to and from service bay. Always fun readjusting the setting for the next day or 2 to get it just the way I had them. I love my truck I love toyota but I'm definitely going to reconsider a different toyota dealership for any future trucks. And hope service is better when I come for maintenance.

Nathalie was super nice and kind, but the service was extremely expensive for 2 wires worth 20 dollars each, i pay 1080 dollars for the wires of the AC compressor wen my car is 2024 Camry an still under factory warranty but the excuse was that a mouse eat the wires is why the factory warranty doesn’t cover, but i know is just a make up story I don’t believe it , TOYOTA LAS VEGAS SHOULD HONOR THE FACTORY WARRANTY, but still i pay for the service cause I want it done there as a new car also Nathalie was superb efficient and professional on her job, IM EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH HER CUSTOMER SERVICE.
