I was told I had one more oil change. I have more than three on my card. I only had two. Where did the other ones go? Are you being racist?
I am from out of town and needed to return home on the day when I had a problem that resulted in a blown tire and damaged rim. Nathalie was very helpful trying to resolve my issue on an extremely short notice with similar turn around. Unfortunately, she was unable to acquire the necessary rim, but did suggest a non-Toyota alternative that was ultimately successful in allowing me to return home a bit later than originally planned. I was able to make it home by the necessary time.
I was told I could use the shuttle and that the driver would contact me in about 15-20 minutes. I was also told it would be an hour, maybe an hour and a half for my service. After 1 hour, even though I had decided to not use it any longer, I asked a different advisor about my car status and the shuttle, informing him what I was told and that I never received a call. He said "that's weird, let me find out who your advisor is". He found Robert and I asked him the same questions. About the shuttle he said "that's odd. I know he was out on a 45-minute trip and just returned 15 or 20 minutes ago." I didn't bother to ask why I didn't get a call then. He told me my car should be ready in 15 or 20 minutes. An hour later, when I ask about it again, he stated he was just waiting on quality review (or some such), and it should be a few more minutes. 20 minutes later, I asked how it was going and he said he was just waiting on the paperwork and then he'd be ready to go. All in all, the service on the car itself was fine, so far as I can tell As far as the wair goes, if it's going to be 3, 6 or 10 hours, just tell the customer up front so they know. Set a realistic expectation and avoid the upset. I was particularly disappointed this time because when I arrived I was the only one in the service line. I expected I would be out of there relatively quickly. The whole shuttle issue is just unacceptable. I think this conveys my experience appropriately and it would serve no purpose to call me to discuss it.
I came in for the Mix 94.1 / SafeNest event today and was happy to get in for an oil change. Robert was amazing!!! Even though I live near Centennial Hills I will be back to service my car @ David Wilson Toyota!!!
Greeted with respect and kindness. He helped me on what I wanted done and everything turned out great. Doing one repair at a time that need to be done and next week planning to get my brakes done.
Nelson did a great job explaining service needs and coming up with a plan for my Venza.
Through no fault of his, I was disappointed that I could not get a safety recall performed though.

Gas pump keeps shutting off while filling up. Your service dept. told me the canister needs to be replaced. It cost me over $1,300. Came back to California, a few days after, a gas pump keeps shutting off again. Waited a day, I was able to pump gas without any issues. Called a mechanic, he said that Camry models 2018 thru 2020 have that issue. I felt like I was robbed. I had purchased a few Toyotas from David Miliier dealers. I guess I won’t be going back to them. I will advise others not to trust your dealership policies and practices!! Disappointed
Poor poor Service, Your Mechanics can't pin point anything,it's we'll try this, don't work try that...to the Tune of Thousands and still couldn't get right, but now you say, let's try this new Part only cost 1,400 install 1,800..but I've already invested 8,000.00 or more to FIX THE PROBLEM! BIGGEST MISTAKE COMING TO YOUR DEALERSHIP. I NEED to get ahold of Corporate, just to to let them know how a long time customer of ONLY Owning Toyotas, and Loyal to the BRAND. My NEXT Toyota will be bought at a Differnt Dealership for Sure. Really Disappointed, how this Dealership works. Then found so MANY TERRIBLE reviews about this place and your Service,Customer Satisfaction. WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN.
