I take my truck for service and check because is shaking to much and I try to talk to Jessy the manager he never show up but when they try to sale a car they almost pick up your self and to sale but when you need his help never show up my truck is one year old and the lady said I'm going to charge you 200 hundred dollars this is no right because my truck is under warranty is no right they treat you like that

After dropping my car off for my 845 appointment, I met with Kelly to talk about my service. I already had a pre-paid maintenance service, which is what I came in to do. About an hour later, I missed a phone call from Toyota, so I assume it was kelly, I called her back maybe 15 minutes after missing her call & no answer, and she didn't even leave me a voicemail when she called. So I call a second time and someone answered and said they would transfer me to her, & again it rang and no answer but I was returned to the front desk and was told that kelly knows im trying to get ahold of her and that she would call me back when she was finished with a customer. That was around maybe 10am... I called back around 11:45am & they told me the same thing that she would contact me when she could about my vehicle. she never called me back ...and then I called again after 2pm, since i had to make arrangements to make it to my daughters school preformance without a vehicle and pick my son up from his school right after that with no vehicle.
Finally I had to call back after 2pm & they transferred me to Kelly and she began to tell me that as they were doing their routine inspection that my battery failed the test. & I asked her if my car battery was dead ans she told me no. So I told her that I didn't want to buy a battery from them since my car still started up and that because she neglected to call me back within a reasonable time , especially since that was all she had to tell me, but my car still started but my entire day was put on hold because of her not calling me back . I was extremely disappointed with her service
