I brought my car in for a part to be put on the breaks to stop the squealing sound but as I was leaving I noticed the sound was louder, I also told them that the maintenance soon notice had come on the night before could they check on that and I bought some new wipers from there and asked him if they could put them on for me and he said sure no problem, however 4 hours and 20 minutes later when I finally got my car back the brakes squealed louder the wipers were in my backseat in their unopened boxes and the maintenance notification was still on. I came back and told staff members of my concerns I was told it would only take a second to reset the computer and put on the wipers, and it did only take a few minutes but nothing was done or mentioned about my concerns about my breaks. My appointment was at 11:00 am and I finally left at 3:35 pm looking through the paperwork I noticed the work only took about 27 minutes my car wasn’t even look at until about 2:45 which was about the time I finally asked one of your cashiers to please check and see how much longer it would take. After that and to drive away with my breaks making a louder noise.

I had to go up to him three times asking about the progress of ny vehicle. It’s like he saw me when I arrived and that’s it. I waited 3 hours after being told 1.5 hours. If I didn’t go up to him asking about my vehicle I would still be waiting. I think my car was ready earlier because after I went to the cashier and received my paper to give to the attendant my car was already parked ready to go. I am a loyal Toyota owner. I have owned at least 8 Toyotas At least 5 we’re bought at Wilson Toyota. The poor service I received has me thinking about another dealership.

Thought I was coming in for my free oil change the sticker on my window said it was due from the last time I was in and the message on my dash screen said service was needed, when I got my car back the oil wasn't changed and they had changed the sticker and added more miles to the sticker than before!

Well. Towards the end. Got text that my truck was done. Went to go paid. Walk outside hand them my receipt. Sat down on the bench. 15 minutes later a gentleman approached me. Ask me if need any help. I responded I've been help.10 minutes later come back and tell me. They can't find my keys. Who did I give my paper work. ????????????????????. 15 minutes goes by. Now they found my truck but no keys. By now I have been waiting almost 35 minutes waiting to hear what happened to my truck.10 more minutes goes by they found it in the car wash lane.in all reallality it took them almost an hour before I get my truck back without even being wash. Basically an oil change took me 3 hours. This ridiculous ???? ???? ???? ????. Maybe next time might be better. At the the truck got wash but not dry.
