The total costs were way more than I expected. My car has 63K miles and Toyota can’t cover a water pump cost?? Really?? No consideration for being a regular customer?? The cost should be covered by warranty!! Labor costs are absurd. Kelly is good. No complaints about her.

He was very helpful and answered all my questions completely. I used Darlene for over 30 years and her retiring was like losing you primary care doctor. I wish her well. Since her departure I have worked with Jesus and Roberto. They are dedicated and doing an outstanding job keeping my van in superb running condition order.

In preparation for my 7:30 am appointment I drop off my truck and keys the night before. The following morning I woke to a missed call asking for my keys. I attempted to reach out a few times to get an update and my advisor was either busy or away from their desk and was advised they would call me back. No call back, I decided to reach out and finally able to get ahold of someone around 2:30 pm to be made aware that my keys were misplaced by another service rep and truck was sitting for 1.5/2 hours without being moved. Meanwhile no call to update me on anything. 3pm got a call back to find out nothing has been done to my truck because apparently there was no work order even though I was provided confirmation #X038K7G5BF which had details of the work to be performed when I made my appointment.
Engine oil and filter replace as courtesy since it was left standing there since opening till 3pm and there was “no time left” to squeeze my truck in to make the repairs I had originally dropped it for.
Very unprofessional, I would expect this from Auto Nation not David Wilson’s. Lesson learned.

Greatvwork and quick repair
I am disappointed. It is recommended by Toyota that the tire pressure be 35 psi as shown in the sticker by the door but when I checked the pressure was 45 psi. Why did you do that? No wonder the ride was so stiff when I drove the Sienna out of your shop last night.
