I wasn’t satisfied with my service! First of all my dash camera was disconnected for what reason who knows, there was no reason for my dash cam to get disconnected, un professional. Second of all I asked for a courtesy car wash and Jesus Alejandro Jimenez said they were back up and I did state it was okay as I was going to drop off my truck and will return when it was ready. When I arrived once again and they returned my truck, I noticed my truck was not washed when I specifically got a call from Jesus Alejandro Jimenez stating my car was going to get ran through the water and should be ready within the next 30 minutes to an hour. Lazaro was nice enough to pick up someone’s slack and washed it for me! I thank and appreciate Lazaro’s customer service, he did not have to do someone else’s job but he did. Very pleased with Lazaro!

Es un servicio pésimo pésimo no tiene comunicación con el cliente tuve que esperar 3 horas cuando pregunté por mi vehículo me ase saber que tenía que estar todo el día para revisar y en ningún momento me ofrecieron raite asta que yo pregunte para que me trajeran a casa sino de otra manera me unbiera quedado esperando mal servicio
Satisfied with the Service but it was EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE. I have been going there before it was David Wilson & had 3 Camrys from your location over the years & only had service done by your Service Department on all three Camrys & never paid that much for service!!!!!! It was $791!!!!
That I was not satisfied with since I am 79 yrs. old & only income is Social Security!!! Toooooo, tooo expensive!!! You can look up my records over the years for service!!!!

What was originally a halfway decent buying experience for me when I purchased this Corolla Hybrid in Apr 2024, has quickly turned into an extremely bad experience involving their service department (Michael to be exact). This Toyota Corolla Hybrid was a (so called) gold certified pre-owned car. This is a great big lie. I am sure that they did absolutely nothing to certify this piece of junk. Completely dead battery already after short time of owning this car. I had it towed into this awful place after I was told the CPO warranty (if under one year passed) would cover this battery. The rude guy Mike in service told me this isn't true and it would cost $326 for the tiny battery replacement after I had already agreed to have the car towed to them. I then found out that I had a coupon at home that stated "Spend $300 - $499 and get $75.00 off. He flat out refused to give me any discount at all so I had to pay full price for a tiny little battery. Also, they reported mileage in/out as 25,000 when the actual mileage on the car is 21,695. This is definitely going to cause an odometer discrepancy with Car Fax and others. They will lie to you about you purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, then rip you off / treat you like garbage when you come back to service dept. As of tonight, they have lost a really good customer in me. I am going to report them to Toyota and I will NEVER be back. Rude and Unprofessional doesn't even begin to explain this place.

Every time I go there is always someone new, never the same people. It seems like Toyota has a high turnover employee wise. People there don’t seem happy for whatever reason, I never seen anyone smiling, and it can be very uncomfortable. Thinking in switching location , see if the other locations are different. Must be company culture l.
