30 seconds to type I been using this Toyota dealership since 1988.... Very disappointed from my visit to your attention Prior to appointment few sales people called to make appointment so I trade in my car (just bought in 2023) with false info...for 2024/25 model? Why I did not get car wash after the service ? And a female advisor tried to milk me $200 for a warranty item check ? Very disappointed from your crew and way things moved/ changed in the dealership! Daniel was attentive and pleasant to work with.

I had an appointment scheduled a week or so out so the parts for my recall would arrive in time. I dropped my car off and they assured me they would fix the recall. After a few hours they called to tell me that they couldn’t fix the recall because the parts weren’t there and they are vin specific so it’s “impossible the recall parts were used on another grand Highlander” I called AutoNation Toyota down the street and they had the parts in stock, told me there’s no such thing as vin specific for that fix and my car is already fixed thanks to autonation. I will never be back to your dealer and I will never recommend anyone to go there for anything. Thanks for a waste of time.

I went for an oil change and they gave me a tire rotation too. Which I didn't ask for. And I got charged for it. They couldn't help me they said.

Having appointment at 11 am it took 3 hrs plus for a oil changed, too long not matter how busy you guys are. After 3 hrs waiting in your property at the moment to pay my bill was more that I was going to pay because I gave a 25 dollar coupon to the gay who attend me at the moment I got there but he did not applied to the bill and waiting more time to fix it.no a good service and disappointed about it. And this is not the first time it happen and no matter after being a customer for a long time.

Main concern was quoted about a 2hr wait time and it turned into 3.5 hrs! Also, I was quoted $170 to change the two air filters in my car, which I declined. I then went to Autozone and bought the two filters for $46 total and easily installed them myself in about 10 minutes! $170 is outrageous! I spent $369 today ($319 after a coupon was applied that I had to ask for) and now makes me wonder how much I was overcharged on the services I received. My fault I guess for not knowing competitive pricing for tire alignments, battery cleaning, etc… I got an email for a free winter battery check and all that did was check the voltage…why wouldn’t that include a more inclusive service? Seemed silly to me to just get a voltage check for free…it got me in the door with the 15k service I needed so it worked I suppose, just expected more. No need to contact me, I will be back in 5k miles so I can get the free services that are warranted under my car lease but probably will not get any other services from the dealership moving forward. I will say that Kelli was friendly and well in helping me with the services.

I would like him to be my personal Service Man. He was perfect .Knowledgeable, friendly . He gets my Thumbs up . It just took longer for the car to get repaired but it was necessary. Thank You. I will be back
