I have been to the service 3 times to get my second key and and they left me there all day because they where supposed to activate the key and they said the key was not there then they said the key is here but now it’s late they can’t program it you need To bring the truck back again not a good service

I live less than a mile from Toyota near Rainbow and Sahara. But I travel to Dave Wilson’s Toyota on other side of town because I feel I can trust Michael McDermott will make sure my vehicle is safe for me and be honest with me. Michael is the best! I would also like to compliment your shuttle driver Maynor. He is very pleasant and an excellent driver and I appreciate his get-there-safely attitude/approach. I appreciate the customer service at Dave Wilson’s Toyota!

Pay for out off pocket’s expenses created by essential recalls. It is 255 miles one way to the Dealership. Our time ‘costs’ too. Toyota seems to be saying “**** to be you”! It took two ( 2) appointments to rectify Toyota’s problem. 2X550 is 1,100 miles for a problem we bought in ignorance and trust. Compensate us!

Roberto was helpful for the work that was to be done. There were some deliberations for about a month which left a sour taste but in the end Justin and Roberto we’re able to follow through on some promises. So far the Truck is working well, I’d give this 4 stars.
