Kindly train your staff (particularly the gentlemen outside that retrieve vehicles) that it is not appropriate to ask if my vehicle "is my husbands" because it is built. I recieve a lox of sexist comments during events, but was suprised to hear it from Toyota techs. Not an awful visit by any means, but from the coffee machine being down, the childrens room being closed, and the legnth of stay being longer that quoted, I was reminded why I've moved on to different locations for my maintenence. The gentlemen (i think Dan or David?) who checked me in and went over the services and reccomendations was the best part of my trip and he was a pleasure to chat with. Thank you for all that you do.

Daniel has been great to me and I'm very satisfied with the service I have received.
They didn't even let me know when my car was ready,so I waited in the lobby for a while,wondering why it take this long and has to go the cashier that's when I learn my car was ready. didn't even explain what they did and needed.so I don't think you care about my business anymore
So I'll look for another place for my service.

Absolutely top-notch professionalism. Jovan is the reason I keep coming back to this location vs the location that is 20 minutes closer to where I live. The transparency in our every transaction has led me to conclude that David Wilson's Toyota is a place I can trust with my vehicle.

He was completely dedicated to taking care of the leak that occurred in my vehicle following service.he made sure it was fixed.

Was told 4 times the car would be ready in 30 to 45 minutes. Four hours later it was ready. I even asked if it would be easier if I left and came back. They said no cuz it would only be 30 minutes. They weren’t able to finish everything and said they would call Monday to schedule the rest of the service. Never got a call.

I came in at 7:03 to drop off car for maintenance
And I told him I was going to wait for it
In lounge and I sat there while everyone around me were being done. I waited 2 hrs and went to him and he said oh yes it’s ready.
Never came to me like the other service techs did with their clients,
Other than that he was fine. Did not give me his business card like they usually do.
