Was told 4 times the car would be ready in 30 to 45 minutes. Four hours later it was ready. I even asked if it would be easier if I left and came back. They said no cuz it would only be 30 minutes. They weren’t able to finish everything and said they would call Monday to schedule the rest of the service. Never got a call.

In lounge and I sat there while everyone around me were being done. I waited 2 hrs and went to him and he said oh yes it’s ready.
Never came to me like the other service techs did with their clients,
Other than that he was fine. Did not give me his business card like they usually do.

Horrible experience. Took the truck in for a recall which i kept getting letters, emails and notifications for. Jesus took the vehicle, and told me they would call when completed. I received a call later telling me about an estimate for additional repairs and trying to upsell me, the truck is 2 and half years old. I told him to just take care of whats covered on the warranty. He said he would call back, received a call back from him telling me to pick up the truck, i asked if the recall was done, he sounded irritated and told me there was no recall to complete. I was furious, i asked what was the reason for the emails, calls and messages and the urgency to bring the truck in.. he said "well i gave you an oil change for free". I had to call toyota directly as well as the other toyota which is the on i usually go to and they confirmed the recalls and that they did not know why the rep was refusing to service my vehicle. I called back and told them what toyota had said, jesus ended calling me and telling me vehicle would be ready in an additional hour and a half. When i picked up the vehicle it had no mention of an oil change he mentioned, just 1 recall. They told me to sign off on it (My name and plates were wrong), i asked to speak to someone since i felt he had lied to me and at this point i was even questioning him doing the recall. I was able to talk to mike which was the only good thing out of this whole experience. Unfortunately after doing their research they had to keep the vehicle to do a full engine switch, i was left with a rental until further notice but at least the recall is being taken care off and its safer instead of risking the truck catching fire.
I cant imagine how many people he has done the same too and wasted their time or lied to. Please check your employees more, its employees like this that make people not want to come back and become a liability to your company.

The contact person for our oil change was rude and unprofessional. We reported the car speedometer is off by three miles and he didn’t want to help, when we picked up the car he was speaking to someone and said “THEY ARE THREE FUCKEN MILES” that is totally out of place and unprofessional. That’s how they treat customers at this Toyota.
