It’s a great experience working with Benny on my 2013 Sienna maintenance services.
The communication was terrible! I was there over three hours and never once did she come update me on the progress of my truck. She was supposed to check on my damaged cover over the truck bed. She did not provide any information. Also, the tire light was on and I asked her to let me know what was found in regard to the tires. At the end of the three plus hours, she did not review the work that was done, but to pick up my paperwork with the cashier. I am not happy and I will not be returning. I still need to figure out the cover and what to do. I will go to Findlay.
They did a complete job. Answered my questions and would like them as often as possible.

I am having issues connecting my phone to my car. I took it to the dealer and I was told that I needed to download enture app suite for my android to connect. This app has being discontinued as of 2023 and not longer works. So this mean that the technician didn't try to make sure it was working. I had to pay the service fee but I still have the issue.
The basic maintenances and services were fine. However, the prices for “recommended” services were absolutely insane. I would like to know how they come up with these prices.

I asked them to wash it. When I picked it up, it had not been washed. I told the Service Adviser who did get it washed. The point is that it should have been washed

Dan Rossey was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My 4runners brake assembly needed to be replaced. He advised me to get a tune up because it had been atleast 7 years since I changed any fluids. The fluids were bad and needed maintenance. With his teams help, I'll prevent expensive part replacements and now my vehicle is roadtrip ready. He is professional and trustworthy, and I will always return to his team to ensure my vehicle is safe for my family.
